Milo is the the Principal and director of Behavioral Health Associates of Utah. He was born and raised in Salt Lake City, but has lived in Central and South America as well as the Washington, DC area. He received his education at the University of Utah, the University of the District of Columbia, and Fielding University. He currently resides in sunny St. George, but spends a great deal of his time traveling and working out of all of the satellite offices. He has a diverse background in providing mental health services to a wide variety of people, including incarcerated individuals. His specialty is helping clients achieve balance in their lives, and is not afraid to help them think “outside the box”. He is pioneering innovative techniques in psychophysiological therapy. He derives a great deal of satisfaction in helping others, and loves his work. He is very happily married, and is the father of eight children. He is fluent in Spanish and American Sign Language.

Dr. Ron France has vast experience in all facets of clinical psychological treatment. He is the foremost expert in the state of Utah at biofeedback and psychophysiological techniques, including pain management. Among his many other career positions, Dr. France is the former director of mental health services at the Utah State Hospital and recently retired from the Utah State Prison in Draper.

BRANDON CHRISTENSEN, LCSW

Thomas has experience working with substance abuse, couples and family counseling, and children and adolescents in addition to more general mental health issues. Thomas has lived in both large cities and the smallest of towns and brings a wide range of experiences that help him to connect with and relate to his clients in unique and meaningful ways.

Debi works in our Vernal office as a clinical mental health counselor and substance abuse specialist.  She is certified to teach Prime for Life (PRI) course as well as the Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT). She is also certified to provide domestic violence treatment to victims and offenders in the state of Utah. Other services and classes available at the Vernal location are Thinking Errors, Life Skills, Under-age Consumption, Anger Management, Theft Deterrence, Marijuana Deterrence, and Nicotine Cessation courses.

DEBI PRISBREY, ACMHC

Jeff works in our West Jordan, Murray, and West Valley City offices.  He was born in Kentucky and raised in Michigan. He is a United States Air force Veteran who served in the Operation Iraqi Freedom campaign. He received his education at University of Phoenix. His specialty is assisting clients with identifying their strengths and finding a new healthy balance that can be applied in the real world. Jeff became a counselor because he finds great enjoyment in helping others. He specializes in a variety of diverse clientele focused around substance abuse, domestic violence, depression/anxiety, couples and family, and also children and adolescents. He is happily married, and is a father of two children.
